*COVID-19*  

If you have NOT been practicing social distance, washing your hands, etc PLEASE DO NOT BOOK!! If you have been sick in the past 2 weeks, do not book. If you have fever, shortness of breathe, cough, or any other flu like symptoms, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK!! Absolutely no extra guest during your appointment. Your appointment will be canceled if you have anyone accompanying you. You (the client) are required to wear a mask for the duration of your appointment. You the client are to sanitize before and after your service (wash hands/hand sanitizer). If you feel you can not comply, thank you for your interest however please enjoy other products we offer our braiding services do not fit your needs at this time.

**Hair must be a minimum of 4 inches in order to be serviced**

You (the client) agree to selecting the earliest time slot available at the time for your service. If the earliest time was not chosen, you will be contacted to change to the earliest or reschedule your appointment. This helps with anyone else trying to book on that day and to ensure the stylist can plan accordingly.

(ex: 7:30am is open but you chose 11am)

You (the client) are required to come with clean hair free of any product and detangled. In the event I have to preform any additional detangling you will be charged an extra $15. If your hair is not clean services will be refused and you forfeit your deposit.

Please do not relax or flat iron hair prior to appointment. This will alter any results of the style you chose.

​

If you chose the closure/frontal, sew in you must bring the hair 72hrs before your appointment so that it can be prepped. Failure to do so my result in you not getting the final look you are wanting.

You are required to pay your deposit online and the remainder in CASH, PAYPAL or ZELLE the day of your appointment *NO EXCEPTIONS*. Please come with exact amount I do not have change. There is a Non Refundable deposit due at the time of booking. Your deposit secure your appointment and is also applied towards the cost of your style.

If you book a service and do not show you will be blocked from making future appointments.

Please be on time to your appointment, if you arrive more then 5mins earlier then your appointment time you will be required to wait in your car until your appointment time. You will have to notify me once you are here via phone call not text.

If you have a ride or have been dropped off you, will be notified 30mins prior to us ending to come pickup (no matter how close or far your ride is). Please be mindful of the style timeframe and plan according.

There is an $15 late fee if you are 15mins late to your appointment (especially for braiding services). You will need to reschedule if you are more than 30 mins late.

No refunds will be issued after 24hrs of service, I will offer to fix any issue you may have.
